We were thrilled to have Chef Masashi Horiuchi of Entier KL serve an exclusive 8-course dinner involving his famous 'nose-to-tail' dining concept when he took up residency at The Datai Langkawi's penultimate event of The Chef Series - Malaysia on 18 and 19 August 2022.  Chef Masashi prepared French cuisine, with precision Japanese techniques, and served with a touch of his personal flair, developed from his two decades of culinary training.⁠
